CoinDepo Welcomes David McDaniel as Chief Executive Officer

We’re pleased to announce that David McDaniel has joined CoinDepo as Chief Executive Officer.

David brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across traditional banking, payments infrastructure, fintech, and regulated financial services. His background combines deep operational expertise with hands-on leadership in compliance, risk management, product development, and large-scale financial systems.

Before joining CoinDepo, David held senior executive roles at Jack Henry & Associates and JHA Money Center, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Director of Business Operations, and Compliance Committee Chair. In these roles, he oversaw underwriting, AML/BSA and OFAC compliance, enterprise risk management, SaaS product development, and operations supporting thousands of financial institutions and companies.

David has also advised banks, fintechs, and payment companies through his work as President & CEO of McDaniel Consulting, helping organizations optimize operations, strengthen compliance frameworks, scale products, and navigate complex regulatory environments.

His career began in core banking and ACH infrastructure, with leadership roles at UMB Bank, Goldleaf Financial Solutions, ProfitStars, and other payment technology providers — giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on how financial systems are built, regulated, and scaled.

At CoinDepo, David will focus on:

• strengthening operational resilience and internal controls

• advancing compliance and governance standards across jurisdictions

• scaling products responsibly as the platform evolves beyond passive yield

• guiding CoinDepo’s long-term strategy at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance
