Token Unlock Mechanism
First Phase:
25% of COINDEPO tokens sold during the Private Sale/Pre-sale will be unlocked gradually over the first 90 days, starting from Day 2 after Token Launch.
This results in a daily unlock of approximately 0.28% during this period.
Second Phase:
The remaining 75% of tokens will be unlocked at a rate of 5% per month, distributed in equal daily portions over each 30-day period.
This equals a daily unlock of approximately 0.17% during this phase.
Team Tokens:
All team tokens will be locked for the first 12 months after the Token Launch. After this 1-year cliff, tokens will begin unlocking gradually at a rate of 0.166% per day until fully vested.
Repurchasing & Burning Plan
Every quarter after Token Launch, CoinDepo will use 20% of its profits to buy back COINDEPO token and burn them until it buys back 50% of all COINDEPO (500,000,000).
All buyback transactions will be announced on the blockchain.
We will end up burning 500,000,000 COINDEPO, leaving only 500,000,000 COINDEPO in circulation.
